Because of a concussion, the Buffalo Bills quarterback Trent Edwards has missed nearly a month. Good news came on Monday that the quarterback said he was all right after practicing in Bills’ first workout since a four-day break in bye week.
He even expects that he could wear back his Bills jersey and start against the Tennessee Titans this Sunday. But it is still unsure whether he will still have the starting job as backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has helped the Bills go 2-1 after Edwards was hurt in the game against the New York Jets on Oct.8.
Bills Coach Dick Jauron was not available to reporters Monday and has not said whether to start Edward again once the NO.1 quarterback is healthy. The only indication that Edwards may get back starting job is that he practiced twice last week and continued working with Buffalo’s top receivers Terrell Owens and Lee Evans on Monday.
