Packers DL Jolly may face drug charge again

After court dismissed the drug charge agains Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Johnny Jolly, prosecutors say the will refile a elony drug charge against Jolly.

The 26-year-old Jolly was arrested last year for allegedly having at least 200 grams of controlled substance codeine and set for for trial Friday on the drug possession charge. The case was dismissed, according to Harris County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Donna Hawkins, so Houston Police Department lab technicians could become proficient with a new piece of equipment that measures codeine in a submitted sample and learn to testify about its results. No one see him wearing seahawks jersey ever.

As for Prosecutors, they expect the case could be refiled within three months. No comments on this case has been come from Jolly himself and his attorney.
